The fineness can be adjusted between 20-120 mesh, and it has the advantages of high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, and easy installation. It is particularly suitable for crushing and processing low to medium hardness materials such as oil, viscosity, heat sensitivity, and fibrous materials (such as ginger, chili, pepper, oil wheat, almond soybeans, star anise, cinnamon).

3、 Working principle and characteristics
This machine utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to achieve pulverization of the crushed material through a combination of tooth impact, friction, and material impact with each other. The structure of this machine is simple, sturdy, runs smoothly, and has good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by replacing different aperture screens. The inner wall of the casing has been machined to achieve a smooth surface, which has changed the roughness and powder accumulation phenomenon of the previous model's inner wall. This has enabled the production of pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and other products to meet the "GMP" standard requirements, and the entire machine is made of stainless steel material. The machine has reached the international advanced level.
